Where the numbers come fromevery source, dated
Macro Menu holds 1,590 items across 16 Australian chains. Every figure is read from a published nutrition source - a chain's own guide, its nutrition page, or the menu feed its app orders through. Nothing is crowd-sourced, and nothing is invented. This page lists all of it, including the parts that are not as clean as the rest.

Last checked against the live menu on 11 September 2026. Subway menu.

Oporto 62 items · part-estimated
Read from Oporto's published nutrition figures, with live storefront listings used to confirm what is on the menu. Not every figure is Oporto's own. Oporto's own site is location-gated and would not open to us, so some rows were confirmed against live store listings and third-party nutrition databases rather than read straight off an Oporto document. Last checked against the live menu in September 2026. Oporto menu.
Nando's 52 items

Donut King 99 items · part-estimated
Read from Donut King's Nutrition & Allergen Guide, with some rows filled from a third-party Australian nutrition register. Not every figure is Donut King's own. Donut King's own guide does not cover every product, so a few rows come from a third-party Australian nutrition database instead. Last checked against the live menu on 8 September 2026. Donut King menu.
Chatime 97 items · part-estimated
Read from Chatime Australia's published kilojoules, drink by drink. Not every figure is Chatime's own. Chatime publishes energy and nothing else. Every calorie here is Chatime's own published kilojoule figure, cross-checked against the feed their ordering app uses. Protein and fat are estimates and carbs are solved from the published energy, so treat the macro split as approximate. Last checked against the live menu on 9 September 2026. Chatime menu.
Why some of these are not links
Not every chain publishes a nutrition page you can open. 5 of them put their figures only in the menu feed their own app orders through, so that is where these numbers were read from, and the service is named above instead of linked - a link would either hand you raw data or an error page. Those feeds are the same ones the chain's own app uses, which means the figures here are the figures on the menu board, not a copy of a copy.
What "part-estimated" means
Three things can go wrong with a chain's published data: it only prints kilojoules and no macros, its own site will not open to anyone outside a store's delivery area, or its guide simply does not cover every product it sells. Where that happened, the gap was filled from a reputable Australian nutrition database rather than left blank - and the item says so, on the item, every time you open it. 3 menus are in that position:
- Oporto - Oporto's own site is location-gated and would not open to us, so some rows were confirmed against live store listings and third-party nutrition databases rather than read straight off an Oporto document.
- Donut King - Donut King's own guide does not cover every product, so a few rows come from a third-party Australian nutrition database instead.
- Chatime - Chatime publishes energy and nothing else. Every calorie here is Chatime's own published kilojoule figure, cross-checked against the feed their ordering app uses. Protein and fat are estimates and carbs are solved from the published energy, so treat the macro split as approximate.
These are on the list to be re-sourced properly. When one is fixed it will be written up on What's new.
How often this is checked
A menu is re-read against the chain's live menu and its current nutrition document, and the date above is when a person last did that - not when this page was last generated. A menu that has not been checked in 90 days is marked due for a re-check here and inside the app, rather than quietly presented as current.
When a number turns out to be wrong
It gets corrected and the correction is written down, publicly, with the old figure and the new one. Those are on What's new. If you spot something that looks wrong, there is a Something wrong with this item? link on every item in the app - it goes straight to the person who maintains the menus.
